After we’ve had an opportunity to diagnose the problem, we’ll provide a detailed estimate as to the cost of the repair, and an estimated time to complete the job. Once approved – we’ll proceed with ordering any parts necessary and then carefully performing the repair. During this process, you’ll be free to call at any time for updates as to the stats of your job, and we’ll keep you in the loop as to when you can pick-up the device.
